1. Rates are quoted in Thai Baht per night and inclusive of 10% service charge and applicable government tax.

2. All rates are inclusive of Breakfast.

3. Reservations are held until 1600 hrs only, unless guaranteed by credit card or first night deposit.

4. Check-in time is 1400 hrs, Check-out time is 12.00 noon .

5. All major credit cards are accepted.

6. All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

7. Extra bed will be charged at THB 500 net (inclusive of breakfast), maximum of 1 extra bed per room. Kid's double-deck bed is available, charge at THB 1,200 net per set. (inclusive of breakfast)

8. Child policy : children under 12 years old, sharing accommodation with parents is complimentary (no extra bed), maximum of 2 children per room. Additional breakfast will be charged at THB 100 per child.

9. Transportation from Phuket International Airport to hotel can be arranged upon request at the following rate: One-way trip, capacity 3 persons: THB 200 per way (No charge for children under 5).

10. Deposit	Low season	- One night room charge or 20% of total room charge deposit.
	High & Peak season	- 50 % of total room charge deposit.

11. Cancellation       Policy	Low season	-	14 days written notice of cancellation prior to the arrival date, to avoid one night room charge.
	High season	-	21 days written notice of cancellation prior to the arrival date, to avoid one night room charge.
	Peak season	-	31 days written notice of cancellation prior to the arrival date, to avoid entire stays room charge.
